cancellation
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking reservation. Receive full refund if check-in is at least 14 days away. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund, minus service fee. No refund if cancellation is 7 days before check-in.

No smoking, parties or events. Smoking is permitted outside on back deck in private yard space.
There is a working wood stove in the living room. You must provide your own wood to use it, which can be purchased locally.
